Anti static clear PVC sheet is a kind of vinyl polymer, and its material is a kind of non crystalline material. In actual use, PVC materials often add stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agents, pigments, impact resistance agents and other additives.
Anti static clear PVC sheet has non flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability. PVC has strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents and strong acids. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid and is not suitable for contact with aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
The process of anti static clear PVC sheet: apply the anti static liquid to the surface of the board, and then dry it under ultraviolet light; or clamp the board in the air, let the anti static liquid be sprayed on the surface of the board under the action of gravity. The anti static film is integrally formed with the board. In order to avoid impurities and dust in the air from being mixed into it, the entire processing process is completed in a sealed environment; due to the special process used, the anti static film will be attached to the board during the extrusion of the board. The surface is cooled by high temperature and high pressure film, and finally the film is torn off, so that the anti static liquid is evenly attached to the surface of the board.
